If you’re purchasing a new home or other property with a pool, it pays to understand what you’re buying. While some fixes may be minor, other issues can pose larger problems.

Our inspector is trained and certified to visually inspect the pool structure, decking, coping, tile, lights, electrical equipment, GFCI’s, plumbing, valves, filters, pumps, gauges and safety components. Our inspection does not include leak detection or water chemistry testing.
